We offer complimentary wellness meetings to our 65+ clients. These sessions will educate you about our offerings, what might be the best class/program for your specific goals, and go over any physical limitations you may be dealing with to ensure your yoga experience is a positive one and a healing one.
In this program, you can expect a gentle, yet challenging 60 minute strengthening for your muscles, followed by yoga poses to help you stretch out and leave feeling your BEST.

Targeted at the 60+ demographic. We’ve carefully put together a class that targets important areas of improvement for this specific age bracket. All exercises can be modified to fit your current state of health, ALL levels of health and fitness are welcome!
